General Terms and Conditions

Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from RENEW Kosmetik Online Shop (hereinafter Renew-Shop) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Contractual Partner
The purchase agreement is concluded with RENEW Kosmetik, Owner: Inara Dadasheva, Ajtoschstr. 12, 90459 Nuremberg, Commercial Register: Local Court of Nuremberg, HRA 12345.

Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but merely an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button ORDER WITH COSTS, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for purposes that are neither attributable to your commercial nor your independent professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal as a consumer pursuant to section 4.1, you will bear the regular costs of the return.

Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [insert company name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address] by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of €6.99 per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly indicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and again on the order page.
For cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of €5.60 incl. VAT will be charged, which the delivery agent collects on site. No further taxes or costs are incurred.

Delivery
Delivery is only made within Germany via DHL and Hermes.
The delivery time is up to 3 days. Any deviating delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.

Payment
Payment can be made in advance, PayPal, or cash on delivery.
If you choose advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase contracts. More information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
